For two months now when it's time to bill my card for my membership it auto denies it. I get an email saying they're having trouble renewing my membership and that they're having trouble collecting payment from my card. The email says to update my info on the site, but the billing page just opens an "error" page. It has been an error page for over a month now.
Last time the solution was they had to manually downgrade my account, I had to wait two days, then resubscribe to premium. The best part is that after that was resolved their ticket system kept emailing me to close the ticket, but there's no way to access the ticket because the support website login and the main CR login aren't linked in any way so that my email is simultaneously already used on the ticket site but also they don't have any info to send me a password reminder because my CR password doesn't work on it.
Has anyone else's payment been borked like this?
