Dining Availability Princess Discovery

Does anyone that has been on the Discovery have any insight into the dining situation? Our cruise leaves Oct 8th and all of the specialty restaurants are completely booked for the duration of the 7 day cruise. I called and the rep confirmed this. We only recently got the check in information so I feel like we we're put in a tricky spot to make reservations.
Are our chances pretty good that we'll be able to eat at the steak house at some point?
