Port recommendations

We are going from Vancouver to Seward on Celebrity in a couple of weeks. Looking for ideas to make the most of our port stops.
1 night on Vancouver and then Ketchikan, Icy straight point , Juneau, and Skagway.
We want to kind of avoid doing just the tourist stuff. Looking for restaurants, maybe Jewerly, stuff to see in various towns.
Any advise is helpful and appreciated!
