Best options for a cruise stop in Key West?

We specifically chose an itinerary without key west in it, but due to weather issues, we're now going to be stopping there. So hoping to make the best of that.
What would you recommend to do in key west from the cruise port there? I can't find anything that looks particularly interesting.
