MSC upgrades

I am thinking about upgrading to the yacht club. I realize it's obviously on the yacht club dock 19 on the Seascape. Does it also come with all the perks? Does my drink package get upgraded to premium? Do i get a butler assigned? Spa package? Or is it just the upgrade to the yacht club area and that's it?
