Current Damage for Queenbreaker?

Im trying to figure out what exotic heavy to run...its down to Queenbreaker or the Wardcliff.
Ive been trying to land some heavy so I could test it, but no luck and I gotta go to bed.
I just want to know, is it one hit to the body with the higher damage long range scope?
What about the lower damage sights, is it at least 2 hits to the body?
