I’m realizing I’m just not that good. I know I need to watch videos, and learn how to play with others (just started playing in stacks and all the call out are SO confusing, I have to try hard to not fall back into my solo player run around shooting ways), I feel like I am watching the angles I can figure out, but I am consistently bad. There is a ton of great advice along the lines in this forum, and great advice for top tier players (to me). Im just wondering seeing if there is good dependable gear and load outs I should be starting with. I typically run striker top tree... I love bubbling, but haven’t done it for months now. I hate shield bro. Weapon wise it seems like there’s a lot of conversation about weapons with great perks you can proc, but I’m wondering if I should concentrate of good default perks, that don’t need to proc until I get better - I find I can’t pay attention to status effects at all when it gets hairy. I’m sure they are helping, but I’m not consciously managing them. I used to run a trust with rangefinder and opening shot w/a parcel of stardust I liked to have handy when I thought people were about to turn a corner (never figured out how to slide shotgun well), lately I’m running a bygones (basically the curated roll)and erentil, both of which are feeling a bit more effective than the trust shotty combo, though I really lived the trust. I usually don’t use heavy much, which I need to work on. My fav is probably a sleepless rocket launcher with killclip and cluster bomb though. Haven’t tried wardcliff really. I also like thunderlord. :)
Any thoughts?
