Hi all, I recently stumbled across an 04 Crown Vic in pristine condition. Mileage is low and the car looks very well taken care of. I'm buying it from a private seller who claims "It has the police package, but wasn't a patrol car." This is my first Crown Vic so with what little I could find I noticed it has no trunk button in the middle of the dash, and it doesn't have the black front grill.

Is the seller misinformed or possibly lying, or is it possible for the car to be missing these things and still have the police package? Either way I think I'll buy it, the car looks to be in great shape, and from what I've read the civilian crown vics are just as reliable as the interceptors.
