Turbo 4.6 2v ???

Hi, guys I was considering on buying a on3 turbo kit. Not sure to get the signal turbo or the twin turbo. My engine is in the process of getting rebuilt. Due to water damage. I am having everything rebuilt. Only thing that would be used is the block. But was told that the block is still good condition. It's just everything else that needs to be replaced.
Any recommendations on what performance parts I should have installed. To make it safe and reliable. I was looking to make 450whp to 500whp.
