Dungeon Maker Pro

Wiki says it exists, tells you to download it in Nexus Mods, but the file is deprecated/unavailable. This would be fine, except many community mod campaigns require it. Is there anywhere we're still able to download it? Are there alternatives to the expanded dungeon maker?
Other than that, looking for recommendations for a campaign that goes to level 20 (and preferably starts as low as level 10). Found two already, but both require the aforementioned dungeon maker mod.
