UB Question: Telekenetic feat: No Bonus Action to Move Target

I was trying to find any information on a possible known issue or fix for this feat. Running a game where I grabbed this feat but there is no action I can find to use this feat to move a target.

I found this thread from last year: https://www.reddit.com/r/CrownOfTheMagister/comments/zjly21/telekinetic_not_working/

However it didn't help me fix the problem. It mentions a 'Planar Magic' option, but I don't see that on my actions bar to use. It mentions to respect the character but because it is in game it says I am not allowed to respect the character.

Any thoughts or known solutions to this?
