Decided to play Crossout yesterday, I have a mission to destroy 60 pieces with cannons.
Armed with the new sliding wheels, two executioners, a humvee-looking cabin (jawbreaker), and an upgraded scope hiding between the guns. At a 6000 ps, after what must have been 30 matches.. Did I kill maybe 2-3 players..?? wtf?
Every single time I nailed someone to critical along came bot/teammate to finish him off in the last seconds before my cannon reloaded, decided to wait as I thirsted for the kill with the last shot, I aim and wait, and along comes bot/teammate and pushes me out of the way, or climbs over the enemy as they shoot, and well.. didn't get a single kill this way either.
I was connecting a lot of long-range shots, became modestly good at aiming long distances. Don't seem to do enough damage done. wheels fly off, but guns stay on.
And those MF Kaiju's and wedges, never have I ever felt the game was brokenly unfair.
Are executioners really that bad of a weapon? is there a better cannon on its PS score?
probably spent 2-3 hours to finish that mission and came back with 2/5 times completed. bummed out.
Edit: I replaced my 2 executioners for 2 Prosecutor on my build and it was WAAAAAAAYYYYY Easier!!! don't even have to do direct hits anymore, shooting close by enough will blow up enemy armor. I've not idea what the executioners are good for really, Armor penetration... even when you hit directly it's at max like 134 damage.
I checked stats side by side, and prosecutor has a little bit less damage but quicker reload speed and less PS. I was shooting both cannons separately and was almost shooting like a heavy machine gun, finished the mission that took me 4-6 hours in 20-30 minutes.... fml. and f executioners, never again.
