Looking for advice before going out in public’s the first time

Anyone have any advice on how passable I am? I’m wanting to go out in public for the first time and don’t want to be clocked. Am I passable? And if not any advice on what I can do to pass better? I’ll be going out in Boston so no danger in I’m not perfect but would really prefer to be seen correctly
