Post Body

I have a runner on my team with os trigunum syndrome. The extra bone in her heal isn’t disconnected, just inflamed and painful. Just wondering if any of you other coaches have dealt with this kind of injury and if there’s any kind of taping or heel support I can do to help her run without pain of if she needs to just take time off and be in a boot for a while. Thanks for any insight
