I have my first colonoscopy on Friday and tomorrow is the prep. I’m very scared of the anesthesia 😅😅 that’s literally the only thing that’s scaring me. I’m expecting tomorrow to suck, I’m expecting to be hungry and grumpy and not to feel good. I have trauma surrounding my body and being around men and I’ve had issues with my mom threading to ||film me while I’m waking up and loopy|| and while I know that won’t happen cause my dad is gonna help protect me and I’ll tell the nurses about it too. I’m just so scared of the sedation. Can y’all give me literally any and all info surrounding the being sedated and waking up part? And if there’s anyone with some trauma similar to mine do you have any calming words or tips? Thank y’all in advance
