Treatment options that dont require routine procedures?

Im looking to move off of my current medication. The constant procedures required on a routine basis just kick my stress levels into absolute overdrive and will put my depression into a horrible spell for MONTHS at a time on top of the fact that i just cannot financially afford it.
The infliximab im currently on is only mostly working and I want to explore my other options. Recently the network of doctors near me consolidated into one giant monopoly and so they have extremely little options.
