Doctors in my network want invasive scoping every 2 years. Advice?

I'm just jumped from one doctor to this one and both of them want me to get invasive scoping every 2 years.
The procedure and prep is traumatic for me. I've had this condition for over half my life and I'm in remission, more remission than I've ever had. And they still want invasive scoping ever 2 years or they won't authorize my medication. The absolutely refuse to provide any alternative to scoping or basically work with me in any way
Anyone have any advice? I'm 23 and it basically just seems like my two options are undergo trauma routinely or just wither away and die and honesty the latter sounds more appealing.
