Advice for dealing with the extreme exhaustion?

Im at the unfortunate position of having to extend my medication dates because I cant afford to go as often financially.
Fortunately my doctors have told me as I get older ill need Infliximab less and less. I turned 23 last month so im hoping this will happen soon.
I have an infusion late next week, extended about a month after i was supposed to. The extreme exhaustion and mild stomach aches have kicked in already.
Any advice for dealing with the exhaustion? It feels like ive just ran a 5k 24/7 but without the muscle pain. I could just crawl into bed and not wake up.
