Does anyone else get those bad shits

Me personally, ill get blockages like twice a month from poor processing. It makes it difficult to shit but its at the very end of my colon. Usually after about a day of trying it finally comes out and my entire bowels empty all at once and the relief is fucking amazing
Does anyone else have this with their crohns disease or no
