What do you eat when you have a flare up of UC?
Post Body

This one started Saturday night and I haven't really been able to eat without either excrutiating pain and/or nausea and vomiting since then. It's super annoying because next week I have an endoscopy AND a colonoscopy scheduled a day apart which mean a bit of fasting and cleansing. I already feel like I'm half asleep all the time and tribute that more to not being able to eat than the actual flare up.

What do you usually eat when you have one of these "fun times"? So far, Jello and sherbet have been the only things that don't cause more discomfort but only in small amounts. The bread things I usually eat (toast, crackers, etc) aren't working this time.
