Partial blockage?

In order -took immodium last night -had 3 loose stool in AM -now PM am super bloated -nauseous -diarrhea -threw up bile -diarrhea -i feel a bit better but still unwell
Could this be a blockage? Should I go to emergency room? I'm so scared and idk what to do
