Please hype me up bc I just had an apt for an entero-MRI and i'm DREADING it so much

I've had crohns for almost 10 years and I dread the yearly check up whether it is an entero-MRI or colonoscopy they're both my nightmare. Obviously scopes are worse but I'm autistic and both give me the worst sensory issues ever. The entero-MRI with the drinking the gallon on an empty stomach and then laying on my stomach for an hour while cramps and needing to diarrhea all of that at 8am on an empty stomach.... It makes me cry. My apt is in a week and it makes me shake and not sleep. Pls hype me up
