Howdy - I’m currently in hospital having had a colostomy bla bla bla. I’d been put on adalimabab before surgery to try and get my flare under control. It was somewhat successful, but damage had been done. I’m not currently taking it, as my doctors stopped it due to repeated secondary infections. My crohns is mostly distal, “north of my stoma” is currently crohns free.

Rinvoq currently isn’t approved for CD here in the Uk, but soon to be, from my reading it is in the USA for UC, CD, PsA, RA etc

I was wondering what, if anyone’s experience of Rinvoq or Jak inhibitors was if they’ve been on humira or similar anti TNF biologics. I’ll be having a chat with my consultant this week - just wondered for people’s personal experience on the drug.
