I haven’t crocheted in years and find myself wanting to get back into it. However, I have a progressive ailment that causes muscle fatigue quickly from mundane things (it takes several breaks for me wash my hair or brush it because my arms fatigue so fast). Are tensioner rings with it? My finger can’t take the tension in it for very long. Before it gets painful. My tensions usually just fine but I can’t crochet for longer than two minutes at a time because it wears out my finger, wrist and elbow so fast. Are there any ways to make it easier without the rings?
