I have to do for college a personal essay (the theme is subjective, but it have to be autoethnographic) and by that i want to explore this side of myself (my struggles with the disorder and stuff) with proper academic refferences on the subject matter. It have to be specifically about bipolar disorder, since im already familiar with "Asylums", "History of Madness", people from critical psychiatry/anti psychiatry and anyway, this type of literature (also would be more interesting to see works that deals with the illness culturally).
