I'm sure all of you have already noticed by now that Peterson comes (is brought) up disturbingly often on reddit (at least in subs he hasn't been banned yet) these days and his fanboy brigades rush in to JAQ off all over the place each time. This is already a low-activity sub and this is significantly decreasing our signal to noise ratio.

I'm a long time member of this sub and as such, I'm aware that he's been a household name for quite a while; but it's getting annoyingly frequent as of late and comments suggest I'm not the only one feeling this way.

I personally believe everything there is to say about him has been said at least twice, as his narrow (and already stale and increasingly irrelevant) set of ideas are rather easy to critque.

My suggestion is following /r/badphilosophy's footsteps and placing a temporary ban on all posts relating to him to place a stopgap against "anti cultural Marxist" bunches from clogging the sub and burying actual content until his popularity dies down.
