Okay, so, this story is being told secondhand, but I feel it needs to be told because it's just so crazy. I DM 5e with a group of coworkers, one of which introduced me and my gf to another DM which gave me an opportunity to be a player instead of forever DM. At the time, my gf and I had started entering into the world of non-monogamy. I had just started seeing another girl, and she had just gotten dumped by her gf.

So the DM we're playing with, we'll call him J, gets a big crush on my gf, and I suggest they see where it goes. Boy do we all regret this. During their time together, he would bad-mouth our co-worker, the one who introduced us to him who we'll call B, saying "He betrayed me. He ruins games" etc, etc. So, now, let me tell you about how he "ruined" a game.

B likes to play tanks. He's almost always some beefy, high-armored fighter. So, as usual, this is his character. Through some form of magic, he lost his ability to want. He stopped wanting to eat, stopped caring about hygiene, stopped acting towards a future. Another character, we'll call her H, became something of a mothering figure, taking care of him, making sure he ate, bathed, etc. Meanwhile, an evil wizard was out trying to impregnate a bunch of women due to some prophecy stating he would bare seed to the child who would bring the apocalypse. J's gf, we'll call her T, had a quirk where she was very interested in toxic people, and immediately latched onto the wizard.

Well, J and T didn't like H taking care of B, and T convinces the wizard that B would be the perfect vessel for an apocalyptic child. B is male. So the wizard shows up, swaps B's gender against his will, and then proceeds to forcibly impregnate him. The baby gives B's character a sense of purpose and desire again, and B does not want to have a baby. B and H attempt every form of abortion they can, and J isn't happy about this, so suspends the two characters in pocket dimensions until B gives birth.

Only to be informed this is not the apocalypse baby, but now you have a baby you have to take care of. So, using that remnant of affect that was left from the baby's soul, B proceeds to take the baby, go up to the wizard, and break its neck in front of him and T. B and H then left the game altogether.

In hindsight, I wish I'd known about all this before joining the games and subjecting our relationship to all the negativity that J brought with him.
