So since the Minerva trick is patched in reunion I looked up guide which mentions the mover enemies and the three stars variant. I've noticed that certain three stars in mission 9-5-3 will give 100000 sp vice the usual 20000. It seems to only happen when with a group of manhunters and if you kill the three stars last. Hope this info helps.
