I got arrested July 13th , after my ex lock me out of my OWN apartment, she hired a locksmith to change the locks on MY apartment, had some idiot in my apartment complex making threats to shoot me and my family, and I even called the police to come get her out of my apartment to no avail, the police had me go downstairs to make the police report and she snuck around them and was watching from afar, still nothing done... then whe n they left her and her new victim (guy in the building) started to follow me to my car still making threats and even flashed a firearm... STILL NOTHING... In fact the only action taken resulted my arrest for a warrant, i was wanted for an email she fabricated stating that im requesting $5000 and the title to my OWN car from her using her nudes. Essentially they charged me with 2 counts of extortion, put an order Protection on me because she claimed that I threatened to kill her and even lied to police saying gthat I threatened her with a knife. They claimed she mentioned that my apartment is her place of residence a d I was told I can't go back to MY apartment. I've made reports about the things she does dating back to may 24th but seems like they don't give a crap... I just don't know what to expect this upcoming court date in September. I have proof that she's been using my laptop and my sons tablet without my permission and even without me being there at the apartment and using my home ip address impersonating me but I still can't go back to my own home
