My fiancé and I are taking our children (5) on our first blended vacation. We briefly talked about maybe doing a day trip to Chicago to go to Grant park, Millenium park and Navy pier. My experiences working in Chicago were not good experiences. Should we even bother? Honest question here.

Well I’ve lived here my whole life and fortunately haven’t seen anything too crazy in person. Also I don’t hang out around vacant properties. Stay near the tourists and you’ll be fine. There’s lots of fun stuff to do. Oh and if you go to a beach, don’t go south of Ohio street.
