Havent had network working for 4 days

I’ve sat at a cricket store for 2 days. They send me a text last night saying basically “we’re on it! Case closed”
Somebody this morning said they are aware of the tower issue and will be sending out someone to fix it tomorrow morning at like 6-7 in the morning.
So I just gotta sit here and twiddle my thumbs as I lose my job and car as a Lyft driver 🤷♂️
SO happy I was convinced to buy a new phone before anyone realized there was a problem with the network NOT my old phone./s
