Cancelled an order i made online for new phone

Email said three days for refund day four i called and asked why no refund

They said actually it takes 7 full buisness days so day eight i called

They said actually its 10 days so today day 10 they called me and said well catually it can take 15 days

Its $500 dollars they took it in 15 minutes but said its my bamks fault its taking 15 days

I called the bank they said no refunds or deposits have attenpted to be posted to my account in the last month aside from my paycheck and that since its a debit account theyd clear it immiediatly either cricket has horrible customer service or they have no intention of returning my money

Any advice would be much appreciated

Sidenote: they asled for a reveiw on the site and i left an honest and unhappy reveiw that was fair based on my experience but i kept rude language put of it amd they had it removed so o guess we know they delete bad reveiws to keep ratings up
