Can't recieve texts

I'm on a LG stylo 2, Android 6.0.1.
I can send texts, make and recieve calls. But when people send me any sort of texts, nada.
I first noticed this morning when I tried to set up Android pay and confirm my card via texted code. Never got the code, even after switching method to email.
I since have uninstalled the app in case it was the cause. I've had multiple people text me both within and outside of network. I have also turned on and off wifi, my phone, and removed battery.
I'm at my wits end. Everything works except receiving texts.
