Breeding help
Post Body

Does anyone have any info/experiences with breeding and tell-tale signs that their geckos have mated? Today was my very first pairing to start breeding, and I had to leave the house on an emergency for a while about an hour after placing the new stud in his new home with my main girl. I noticed before leaving that he was all over her, she wasn’t fighting him off too much, and it all seemed to be going well. When I arrived back home, they were posted up next to each other, but she’s in a “hunched” position and won’t move a muscle. Wouldn’t even try to take the cricket I offered or lick the jelly pot I held up for her, which is not her norm at all. 🤔

Any info on post-mating or general breeding tips are greatly appreciated. I’ve been reading for months on it, but it never hurts to get more opinions and hints.
