Anyone here have a problem with UnionBank Customer Service?

title says it, how did you get throught them?
Went to thier Branch only to be told to call sa Hotline,as magnada if gabi may sasagot its 24/hrs.
Wasted 500 pesos worth of load, walang sumagot.
Tried Email took them 2 days to reply only to be told Go to the app, blah blah. They didnt even read the concern I sent to them
