First time applying for a cc

Hi guys. so im applying for a cc for the first time and i got denied. I have an SBi acc, and the cashback card i applied for, it got denied because of internal policy idk what that means. When i try to reapply it kicks me off and redirects me to application status. What can i do to actually get a cc? also this is my first time applying for one so idk my CIBIL score.
