HDFC Multicurrency Forex Card Reload - Balance not updated

So I reloaded HDFC Forex Card yesterday (Saturday) using netbanking and the balance is still not updated. When I checked today, shadow balance is showing up but that's 0.00 and not the amount I reloaded. I am a bit scared. Last time I reloaded, it reflected within a few hours if I remember correctly. Why is it taking way too long this time?
