What point system do you value more

Hello everyone,
I am in the Amex , Chase and now Bilt eco systems. I normally use the Amex Gold card for food and CSP for everything else. Now that I have the blit card I feel as if the points from Bilt would be more important because of the transfer partners.
What eco systems do you think weigh the most between Chase and Bilt since they both have Hyatt and good transfer partners? I mostly got the card since there are no real universal cards that work with AA.
