How/Can you pay for a personal loan and or car loan with a credit card?

So long story short . I'll be taking advantage of the housing market and selling my house. I'll be making a decent amount and I was going to use that money to pay off my car(s) and a personal loan .

I also have the AMEX Gold& platinum that I need to hit the sub on .

So my question is this. Is there a way I can put these expenses on my credit card instead of just paying them from my bank account to maximize my points and get the sub ?
