So I’ve done a lot of research and I haven’t found anything about people who’ve gotten denied for CLIs sending Goodwill letters requesting a CLI exception. I know typically Goodwill letters are used for removals but I figured why not take the chance and send one for a CLI request to be overturned.
I emailed the CEO of my card company the letter with the request and the CEO actually emailed me back directly himself and said he would send it to his credit team and see what they can do! I don’t want to name the company right now because I don’t want to jinx it and I also don’t want people flooding the company with requests either without knowing if it even works. (Just know it’s a prestigious track record company, not cap1 lol)
I’ll keep everyone updated if it works or not!
