PayPal key fraud with CFF?

Has anyone had experience with a fraudulent purchase using PayPal key? I have 4 fraudulent purchases and got an alert from Chase after the 4th one. They canceled my CFF card and sending a new one but the purchase was used with PayPal and I am assuming with PayPal Key as it is the only I’ve used with that card? I’ve made 2 purchases in the past 2 weeks one a week ago with a fast food app and one 2 weeks ago from Kohl’s online. Confused on which my card was compromised at. Not sure if you can get another Key number and if not will this happen again?? Thanks in advance for any info!!
