Hello,
This morning when we returned our rental car to Enterprise, they discovered that the front right wheel was damaged and that they would have to write it up. We did not even realize it was damaged as we did not have any mishaps or accidents.
So, we had used American Express Blue Cash CC for the car rental and it does provide rental car insurance I believe. Does anyone know how much and what all does this actually cover, since we did not have an "accident"? Also how to file the claim for that insurance?
Any suggestions / tips helpful here, thanks!
