Legit ways to pay for cash-only transactions on a card?
Post Body

AA/Citi card holder here, and trying to reach the EQD waiver for Platinum Pro. Until now, I've put rent on the card through property management portal (yes, with a fee.. it's about the waiver). Property was recently sold, and new landlord is self-managing, ie. cash/check only. Anyone have any legit ways to do this on a credit card that 1. won't count as a cash advance, and 2. are acceptable with AA/Citi, and won't trigger them to disallow the transaction as a purchase?
