Back in August I discovered a doctor’s office from years ago had lost a $15 check, waited years to say anything about it and by the time they did, I had moved and they couldn’t get a hold of me.
I found out they had taken it to collections when I was denied the Freedom card.
I get my FICO 9 from the WF app. Initially there was a 7 point drop but the collection was paid and it did move up 2 or 3 points the next month.
Now I see it dropped another 2.
I don’t understand. The collection is paid. I pay off my cards in full every month and my auto loan is nearly done.
CK, who did alert me of the past collection hasn’t said anything new.
Is this just a normal FICO 9 score fluctuation?
