Hey everyone,
I recently got approved for the Chase Freedom Student card through the reconsideration line since my credit jumped after I paid off a few cards, and I wouldn’t have noticed if I hadn’t opened the Chase app and noticed the Freedom right there below my checking account.
Basically, I’ve waited almost five days since then, and I haven’t seen the card in the mail yet.
Customer service is practically non-existent due to, I assume, the volume of calls, and I’ve already received a plethora of emails from them about how to use my new card and all the benefits.
Of course I have Apple Pay, but there’s like a thousand scenarios where I would need a physical card.
I was just wondering if anyone had to sit tight for longer than they expected to get their new cards, and whether I should try to follow up on this.
