Hello, I am somewhat new to credit cards. A couple years ago I was looking to increase my credit limit with WF and a couple days after giving in the application I received a new credit card in the mail. When I went in to ask the banker about this he told me WF looked at my credit card use and decided it wasn't being used enough so they decided to split my limit between two cards. I was young and clueless so I accepted his explanation but looking back at it now this seems like clear fraud to get commission. I reported this to WF and they are investigating but I wanted to know are there other steps I should be taking or other entities I should report this too? Thank you for your input
