So Capital One just absolutely won't upgrade my secured card to unsecured after over a year. I talked to a representative over the phone several months ago who confirmed that it's basically decided by the computer system and there's nothing she can do.
My first ever credit card account was with them and it's still open but my charging privledges are suspended since I didn't pay the card on time way back when.
Should I just close the account? I have a VentureOne and Quicksilver account with them, plus I'm on a bunch of my husband's cards, so I have no need for a $200 credit limit with no rewards. I did just close my Credit One secured card for similar reasons, but that's more so because they suck.
