Priority Pass / Cap One lounges for individuals with allergies?

Hi everyone, I'm trying to judge just how useful priority pass and cap one lounges are to someone who is allergic to gluten and nuts. Do they offer any prepackaged food or water bottles at these lounges? Or is it mostly buffet style and fill up your glass kind of offerings? Thanks!
