Anyone able to sign into Citi Bank account?

I just applied and got accepted to a Citi Bank Double Cash card for 8.6k$. However, as soon as I tried to do a balance transfer, it said it failed, etc. I said, okay, I can just sign into the account I just made and it will work.
Well,,,,, I tried several times to sign into the account but it gives me an error of unexpected delays, tried to call support, they need social security number or card number, I gave the automated system my social # but it can't find it ....
Anyone had an experience like that?
