Buying a car regarding cards

Sorry if this isn’t the right sub. I have a couple credit cards my parents don’t know about. The want to buy a brand new car and wanted me to co-sign on the loan. Will they see my cards if I co-sign? I use these cards for things they don’t know about. I don’t know if this matters for car loans, but I’m 19 transunion score is 744 and Experian is 772. Last card was opened in July of this year
